Booking Policy for Travelers

All travelers booking any service with KashmireX, including cab services and tour packages, have the option to secure their booking by paying a nominal fee of 999 rupees. However, It is mandatory for travelers to settle the outstanding payment at least 2 days prior to their scheduled departure. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge of 1000 rupees per hour until the payment is cleared

Enforcement Measures

KashmireX reserves the right to take appropriate actions in case of non-payment by travelers. This includes but is not limited to filing an FIR (First Information Report) or reporting the matter to the police authorities as well as a fine of ₹20,000

In the cost given by KashmireX or its representative related to taxi services

What is Included ? ( only for and during the agreed journey plan) :

  • Apart from this ,Anything mentioned as inclusion specifically, will be considered as inclusion.
What is Excluded ?
  • AC ( Air conditioning ) AC is extra chargeable on the day when required.
  • Union Taxis in Pahalgam – Sonamarg – Gulmarg -Leh/Ladakh. To visit places like Aru, Betaab, Chandan valleys ,Zero-point , Drass , Drug
  • Chained Jeeps required for Tangmarg-Gulmarg in heavy snow conditions.
  • Chained jeeps required Gund-Sonamarg in heavy snow conditions..
  • Road blockage, Govt. orders, weather or flight delay etc we are not responsible and no rebates will be there.

Only acceptable proof of written form is WhatsApp, SMS , Email from official numbers and email of the company.

Policies & Charges

  • There will be only One day & one tour on major tourist destinations only. No Detours or extensions, unless mentioned and agreed prior clearly with KashmireX representative in written form..
  • 2 major destinations combined in 1 day will be considered 2 days. Unless discussed and confirmed prior in clear words with KashmireX representative.
  • Sightseeing at destinations (Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonamarg,)are to be done by local village union taxi Only as Per Jk Tourism & Local Authority.
  • Need to rent separate Chained-gear required for Tangmarg to Gulmarg in Heavy snow conditions or  ATV rides etc. 
  • Local restrictions in place for outside vehicles. Examples of destinations are Aru Valley , Betaab Valley , Chandanwari, Zero Point , Zojila , Dras , Kargil , are to be booked by yourself or through us at the beginning but it has to be informed , discussed and agreed upon prior.
  • Timing starts strictly from 9 am to 6 pm and one major tourist destination a day (including Srinagar drop/return ) OR as per agreed itinerary.
  •  Timing changes are welcome but it has to be informed , discussed and agreed prior. In case of changes in ongoing tours it will be charged extra.
  • Additional applicable overtime charges 100/hour (sedan), 150/hour (Innova) , and 200/hour for Tempo and beyond.
  • AC charges 200 for sedan and 300 for Innova on the day when used
  • The rates given are applicable for the same day only till 11:29 PM. 30% advance for booking confirmation, rest 70% before  half the tour completes or 3rd day of the tour whichever is early.
  • No permits included as required for various places like Gurez valley, Kargil , Leh, Bangus etc.
  •  The company undertakes no liability in case of cancellation of trips due to breakdown or for reasons beyond the control of the management. However proportionate refund of fare will be allowed in case no alternate arrangements are made.
  • Management is not responsible for your luggage’s/baggage.
  • Passengers should not carry any goods like weapons, inflammables, firearms, ammunition, drugs, liquor, smuggled goods, Cartoon Boxes and etc any other things that are prohibited under law.
  • Maximum baggage allowed per passenger is 10 Kgs, KashmireX shall not take responsibility in the event of loss or damage to the passenger luggage.
  • The arrival and departure bus or cab can be delayed due to some unavoidable reasons like traffic jams, etc.
  • Changes to the origin and/or destination of travel and customer name changes are permitted.
  • Pets and Animals not allowed inside the bus/cab while Journey
  • Cabs can be upgraded or changed to similar category/class/type without assigning any reason.

Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy 

  • If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Before 60 Days cancellation fees of flat Rs 1000 is  applicable
  • 35% package cost will be charged as cancellation fee if canceled between 59 to 10 days of arrival.
  • 45% package cost will be charged as cancellation fee if canceled between 10 to 7 days of arrival.
  • 60% package cost will be charged as cancellation fee if canceled between 7-4 days of Arrival.
  • No Refund will be given if canceled within 3 days of Arrival.
  • Changes to date or time can be made to your booking if you notify us at least 2 days prior to the scheduled departure time by visiting our branch or having a session with our KashmireX Representative.

For any untoward incident KashmireX can cancel booking at any point of the tour without assigning any reason. Be it ongoing tour, currently active tour , booked ,confirmed , unconfirmed.

  • Innova| Innova Crysta | Scorpio | SUV :  Driver + 6 adults only with luggage.
  • Sedan (Etios/SX4/Accent/Swift) : Driver + 3 adult passengers only, with Luggage.

 Tour Packages

What is Included ?
  • Accommodation as per package or as mentioned
  • 1 Night Houseboat stay as per package or as mentioned..
  • Breakfast / Dinner as per hotel buffet as per package or as mentioned.
  • Srinagar Airport to Srinagar Airport transfers and on the way sightseeing by private taxi as per plan only.
  • All transfers & sightseeing by mentioned vehicle. For upto 4 persons Sedan and for upto 6 persons SUV Innova/Scorpio/Tavera . Rest as per plan and package.
  • Tolls , parking , heater , driver’s allowance, food , accommodation.
  • Complimentary 1 hour Shikara ride as per package or as mentioned.

What is Excluded ?
  • AC is NOT Included and in case used in cab during trip will be charged as per charges  mentioned in Cab policies.
  • Entrance tickets for parks , museums etc.
  • Any adventure sport or activity like pony ride , Gondola ride, ATV , rafting etc.
  • Personal expenses like Room Service, Tips, Alcoholic drinks , Bottled water , Camera , Photographers etc.
  • Restricted areas and optional tours like Inner circuit of Gulmarg
  • Chained Jeep Tangmarg to Gulmarg and back , Gund to Sonamarg and back in heavy snow condition, Inner village points Aru , Betaab, Chandanwari, Zero-point, Zojila Drass etc.
  • Any Expenses due to natural disaster , human error , road blockage , weather condition , flight delay etc.
  • Anything not mentioned in the inclusions is an exclusion.
  • Gondola ride at Gulmarg per pax 1st phase @810 // both 2nd phase @2000 per pax.
  • Sonamarg sightseeing @ 5000 per cab Guest have changed the cab because of union. 
  •  In winter from Tangmarg to Gulmarg , if the road is closed then Snow Jeep is required. ( The cost for snow jeep will be extra , direct payment to the taxi Union )

General Terms and Conditions
  • No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
  • Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
  • No request for a specific room number/ room would be entertained.
  • No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis
  • Based on availability of Rooms, Hotels can be shifted to Similar kinds.
  • Based on the availability scenario at hotels the planned destinations might be shifted up/down.
  • No refund will be given if you cancel meals at any hotel during the trip.
  • There will be a 10% fine if you change your itinerary during your trip. Destination are changeable only if room will be available 
Confirmations

“For the confirmation of the package, you must deposit the ₹999 amount in our provided Bank account details. You can pay a booking amount via Cash, cheque, NEFT, RTGS, Online Transfer in any of our given payment modes/ Paytm/ Bhim App etc. The rest of the amount has to be paid in Full on Arrival.”

Our Policy
  • Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or the similar hotels.
  • Meals will not be provided if the traveler is not on time.
  • The confirmation is subject to availability of Hotel/ Cab/ Airline tickets & rates
  • AC will not work in Hill Stations.
  • Rooms are subject to the availability.
  • No reservation/rates/ would be guaranteed without successful receipt of booking amount.
  • Safari Zones are subject to availability at the time of booking, in case of non- availability of core zone landscape safari would be provided. KashmireX is liable for only those commitments, which is written in the package.
  • The above rate is valid only for mentioned dates/ month only.
  • KashmireX is responsible for only those services which are mentioned in the package .
  • Travelers giving good reviews will avail 10% discount on their next booking.
  • If we are not able to get the original hotels, we shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.
  • Base category rooms will be provided in every package category unless asked for an upgrade or specific room category.
  • Extra bed means Extra mattress. 
  • Heater charges would be extra & direct payable basis. 
  • If rescheduling is done then change in price will be chargeable by the traveler.
  • All other services other than inclusion would be on a direct payable basis.
  • All extras other than mentioned above are payable directly at the hotel/ service provider.
  • If any hotel is not available at the time of confirmation, alternate accommodation will be suggested and confirmed only after approval from your side
  • The package will be confirmed, only after your confirmation with 100% advance payment within 2 days of your Arrival. In case of non-payments as per schedule the trip stands canceled

Cancellation Policy.

  •  Acceptance of cancellation is subject to approval by KashmireX  management  within genuine reasons only. 
  • Before 40 days prior to check-in date/Arrival date Flat 5000 will be levied as service charges
  • Within 40 days till 30 days 50% Of the Total Package Cost
  • Before 29 days till 15 days prior to check-in date 80% of the Total Package Cost
  • Within the last 14 days the full package amount will be charged.

NOTE: For black-out days like sandwich weekends, Holidays (Christmas, Diwali, Eid, Republic day , Independence day etc)  , New Year, Festivals  etc NO Refund will be given in any cases.

In case of natural disaster Lockdown political changes the tour will be rescheduled with a credit note of 3 months as per updated tariff and plans.
