Went to Kashmir through kashmireX and what should i say they took care of everything from booking hotel to ensuring that we are getting food even when there is heavily rainfall. Can’t ask for a better tourist company, it doesn’t even feel like that they are from a company due to their personal touch and how easy it was for me to tell them or ask them for anything with such a convince. Got to explore places that are still hidden from a lot of people and obviously the most delicious cuisines. It wasn’t a trip full of headache for the first time

Being my first time in Kashmir I was inclined to go with national tour operators but decided to go with my gut instincts and booked with local KashmirX - and needless to say it turned out to be a wonderful experience.
Bisma from KashmirX was very prompt and responsive, our driver Ehsaan was gem of a person and treated us like family - me and my wife enjoyed the trip knowing we had a friend we could count on for anything we needed.
Car was well maintained and cared for.
The only thing we didn’t have the best experience was with the union cab, we do understand that KashmirX doesn’t control which driver you get for this part of the journey..
We would absolutely rebook with them for our next come back trip and ask for Ehsaan again.
